By accessing or using Blackbird Suite, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About Blackbird Suite
Blackbird Suite is an all-in-one CRM, marketing, and automation platform designed to help trades and service-based businesses manage leads, clients, communication, and marketing campaigns.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Be responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription & Payments
Access to certain features of Blackbird Suite may require a paid subscription.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment providers (e.g., Stripe).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
Monthly plans: remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Refunds: generally not provided for partial billing periods or unused time, except where required by law.
If you believe you’ve been charged in error, please contact support@blackbirdsuite.com within 14 days.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.
Attempt to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these conditions are breached.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, features, and software provided through Blackbird Suite are owned by Blackbird Suite Ltd or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for your business purposes.
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., email providers, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of these external services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackbird Suite shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; or
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the Platform in the preceding 12 months.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees that it will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
11. Data & Privacy
Your use of Blackbird Suite is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
